Mark your calendars! Plans are progressing for SebagoTU’s 31st annual conservation banquet and auction, to be held Saturday, April 10 at Keeley’s. We can’t be successful without you, our supportive membership.Please help us spread the word, and take a moment to think how you can help us gather items for the event. Do you make your own crafts, or own a business or know someone that does and is a “friend of the fish”? Please pass on any ideas and our team of banquet volunteers will follow upon all leads. A simple email to our trusty president John Files or call him at: 761-4694.
If you have been to one or more or our banquets you know the great deals to be had in our raffles, silent auction and the world-famous “live auction” with thousands of dollars worth of quality tackle , artwork, home goods, clothing, etc. Plus, a huge lineup of guided fishing trips as well as stays at some of Maine’s better camps AND even some exotic trips sure to make you drool. You can count on fun and games as always for the kids, so bring them along.
Tickets will be available at our March 16th meeting and our March newsletter will have a mail-in form. You can also download the order form by clicking here.This will be first-come first-served for limited tickets - you can reserve yours now by calling Brad at 772-2660 for updates and incentives for buying your ticket before April 1st.
Thanks to everyone who helped, donated and participated in our 2009 fundraiser. The proceeds will help our chapter host meeting, events and donate to causes that help keep our home waters healthy.
